Working with this client since 2007, we have provided a range of services including the revision of their competency management system and assisting with the development of their competency management system for key positions. We have also rolled out assessor and internal verifier training and qualifications, in both class room and online via our online and blended learning portal PLUS.
The client then requested our services to transition their competency management system from paper based to electronic, with the development of a risk profiling tool.
We provided consultancy and the implementation of competency set-up for Well Operations personnel to meet the requirements of the OSPRAG recommendations, and carried out an audit of their Wells Critical Competency Management System.
