As part of continuing professional development, some of our team at Polaris Learning visited client Lunar Freezing and Cold Storage this week to be put through their paces.

As well as getting a factory tour and seeing firsthand the demands of the job, staff members at Lunar took time out of their work to go through the ins and outs of filleting fish.
